During our New Year stay at this secluded hotel, we appreciated their well-kept facilities and helpful staff. The two hot springs pools were clean and very relaxing, and we enjoyed the view of the surrounding nature. The food was also well-prepared and tasty, with many options to choose from. The location is a bit far from town but offers a peaceful and tranquil experience.
We did notice some drawbacks during our stay. The Wi-Fi was weak and often disconnected, which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends.

Spent new year at a hot springs resort in Northern Thailand. Good thing about the resort was the variety of hot springs offered to guests and the friendly staff, who attempted to be accommodating. the rooms were also spacious and cozy, and the food served was a delight. Being in a peaceful and quiet area made for a great getaway from the melee of the holiday period.
The resort wasn't without its share of not, so, stellar parts. the exterior was run, down and not well, kept, which was quite uninviting.

This hotel is a hidden gem with great value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The location, right on the bank of the Pai river, is perfect for a peaceful getaway away from the crowded town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a private outdoor bathtub. Breakfast is included, making it even better.
All aspects of our stay were just fine without any issues.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. Additionally, I was pleased to have breakfast included, which was a delightful start to each day.
All my expectations were met.

The hotel is located in a really beautiful garden, making it a peaceful and serene setting. I found the staff to be very helpful in arranging transport, making it easy to get around the area with the very few taxis available. The rooms were basic but clean, and I particularly enjoyed having a private outdoor bathtub. The fact that breakfast was included in the room rate was a nice touch and added convenience.
I was satisfied with my stay and didn't encounter any major issues.

As for me, the location of the hotel on the Pai river bank is the best aspect. The view from the pool area is stunning, and the huts with mountain or river views look amazing. Moreover, the hotel facilities were quite nice and clean. I also appreciated the polite and helpful staff who upgraded our room after we had some complaints about it.
Nothing at all.

Service is attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is quite satisfying. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or kick back in your mineral bathtub for a relaxing soak.
